WebEOC stands for “Web-based Emergency Operations Center”. It is the original web-enabled crisis information management system developed by ESi and provides secure real-time information sharing to help managers make sound decisions quickly. Its use for events is worldwide and exhaustive. As an incident-based information management system, WebEOC is capable of managing multiple ongoing incidents simultaneously yet separately, or agencies and users can roll-up multiple incidents for viewing in a common master view. In addition to real-time access to information, WebEOC provides an extensive information retrieval and reporting capability.
KDEM's WebEOC houses the Spill and All Hazards database. Please contact the Spill Program Coordinator (785) 646-2000 if additional assistance is required.
New users can request WebEOC access with the form below, or by contacting their local County Emergency Management Director.
