Description of our Services
The Kansas Adjutant General's Department State Human Resource department provides services to the Agency in terms of State employee recruitment, compensation, learning, development, and health and safety services-- all for the purpose of improving the quality of work of the agency State of Kansas employees. The State Human Resources staff offers agency State employee's assistance in career development and training, in addition to providing confidential assessments, counseling, crisis intervention and referral services.

We do this with an emphasis on customer service based on consultation and communication with all areas of the Agency community. The State Human Resources Department provides excellence in human resource leadership in support of the Adjutant General's Departmental mission and our customers.
